Boracay Resort - Fairways and Bluewater Boracay
The Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Resort and
Philippines Golf Club has been designed to provide premium quality facilities while complimenting the outstanding location
on Boracay.
The Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Resort is being built in a series of phases to ensure that the facilities grow over the years to address the needs and interests of shareholders, and to make sure that modernization will have a less impact on the environment.
Welcome Centre
It is the first part of the resort that visitors will come across. The Welcome Centre provides various services, including sea transfers to this
luxury Boracay resort, as well as transport reservations, villa reservations, refreshments, a pro shop and souvenirs.
Pirate’s Den
The Pirate’s Den Clubhouse handles check in and checkout assistance, provides information, golf game registrations and safekeeping of valuables.
Buccaneer Grill
Serves a choice of international cuisine and hearty snacks
throughout the day. It also offers a distinct, fresh,
healthy mix of grilled favorites prepared in a way that keep
folks coming back for more .
Swashbuckler’s Bar!
If you're looking for a place to grab a cold beer with your
friends or to sip a frozen margarita in the outdoor café, it
doesn't get any better than this.
Lookout Point or the Family Clubhouse
Enables the non-golfers in the group to relax. There is a swimming pool for the kids and adults to splash the day away. Other amenities include: table tennis, darts and board games.
Boracay White Beach
Boracay Beach Philippines is the center of attraction on
Boracay Island. The Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Resort has two white beaches of its own, located on either side of Lookout Point; Paradise Cove is the more popular beach, it allows families to relax on the powder-soft white sand, or enjoy various ball games. There are also a number of caves waiting to be explored, including the 19th Hole Bar, which is located inside a cave. There are also a number of native picnic huts on the beach, which allow visitors to relax and enjoy sun.
Butterfly Farm

Shuttle Service
The resort also includes a shuttle service for the convenience of visitors who want to move around, or to go to famous locations like the
Boracay White Beach.
Future Facilities
Later phases of the development will feature more state-of-the-art amenities. The main clubhouse will overlook both the front and back nines.
Fil-Estate plans to develop a Newcoast Town Center, which will provide a variety of shops and specialty stores, restaurants, grills and bars, tennis and basketball courts, cascade pools and many other recreational spots.
