(the owners and Developers) have earmarked and cleared a large parcel of land to develop a 300 metre with full practice and all weather training facilities. It will include state of the art training equipment, pro shop and coffee shop/bar.
Fil - Estate are looking for individuals, groups or companies to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement to develop and operate this facility. The investment required is in the region of P14m (approx $280k). The proposed revenue split is 70% to the investor (s) and 30% to the Club. The return on investment is projected at 4 – 5 years.
