The propriety club share owner automatically becomes the owner of the Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Resort and World-Class Philippines Golf Course with Luxury Boracay Resort Villas. This means he owns a share of this Philippines Golf course, Resort villas and the Boracay real estate occupied by both facilities.
As an owner, the shareholder has rights to his share of the World-Class Philippines Golf Course and the Luxury Boracay resort villas. This ownership is lifetime & perpetual, meaning, he can hand it down from one generation to another.
The shareholder and dependents have the right to use the World-Class Boracay Philippines Golf Course and various facilities of this Boracay resort anytime they wish without paying any green fees.
The shareholder also has the right to use the units of the Boracay resort villas for one or two weeks of the year, with the class of share defining the size of unit (1, 2 or 3-bedroom) and the months they are entitled to use the villas. This enables shareholders to benefit from there Boracay resort and enjoy exploring the beauty of Boracay Island.
Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Resort and Philippines Golf Course Country Club will assist members in playing at various other top Golf courses in the Philippines, including Forest Hills, Camp John Hay, Sherwood Hills and Southwoods Golf and Country Club.
